Chickens and eggs: In order to get more submissions to the site,
MetaCard needs more users. In order to get more users, folks need to see
an infrastructure in place, such as more than one site offering tools,
tips, etc.

Hopefully the new CrossWorlds UI will overcome the "barriers to entry"
that most newcomers experience with MetaCard, and will correct this
installed base problem.
