Some months ago, in the beta phase of testing clinical decision support software, I installed it in my brother's medical practice which uses Windows NT and a HP 670C. Printing was entirely stable before installing MC. After attempting to print with MC for the first time the printer misbehaved badly. Odd pages, hieroglyphics and weird magnification from apps other than MC. Service people replaced the HP drivers initially with no success. I believe they ended up fixing the problem with drivers from a different HP printer. At the time it all seemed a wierd coincidence but no one was having similar problems on the list. I did mention that I was having printing problems to Scott wo reassured me it wasn't MC. My brother has never used my software since! Must be a lesson in that somewhere.
