The new "ask password" implementation in 2.3B1 raises a couple of problems.

"ask password" needs its own standard icon to conform with the new syntax
which should now include the password parameter:
ask <type> <prompt> [with <b1> [or <b2...]] [titled <exp>]
where <type> is one of info|question|error|warning|password

Since "ask password" now proposes using the same dialog as the standard
"ask", we have lost any ability to customise either and this instantly
limits flexibility. (It also puts a bug in the Resource Mover when trying
to move the password dialog which no longer exists.) The "ask password"
dialog should be reinstated as a separate stack.
