Here's an interesting little thing I found last night. I was running a
stack I made containing heavy animation, lots of "send in <time>"
commands, and with a simultaneous videoclip running, which sucked up a
lot of processor time. If I clicked in the tool palette (on Mac) and
then moved the mouse away, the tooltip appeared over the new mouse
location instead of over the palette button. If the mouse loc was over
the stack, the tool tip was drawn over the card and didn't disappear for
quite a long time. Aside from the fact that the tool tip really
shouldn't have appeared at all after a single, quick click on the
palette (I'll assume the cpu lag was causing it), it would seem that
MC's tool tips display is calculated at the mouseloc rather than at the
clickloc. Actually, I think they should display at the target to avoid
the whole issue.

Not a big deal, just an idiosyncracy to be aware of.
