Hi anybody,
Six months ago, the first time i tryed out the Starter Kit on MacOS, the
"MenuBar Stack" did not work fine. After some experimentation, i found
that the "can't modify" property of the stack was set to false. After
setting it to true, i did not have anymore difficulties in using the
Starter Kit GUI on mac.
A month after purchasing the full version, the first evidence is that
all my Metacard handlers are (under Linux) up to 50% shorter than the
Hypercard's equivalents are. It's realy great to do the same job faster
and without using any XCMD more.
MacOS is no more enough powerfull to handle the best of what Metacard
can do. Heaven if i will have to use it to run MacOS/webStar stuffs some
more months, Unix's (including Linux) are, clearly, the best ways to get
out the Metacard power.
