Has anyone used shell or registry commands to get the hard drive initialization date in Windows? I am converting a Mac SC project to windows that uses the drive initialization date as part of a copy protection routine. The drive intialization date is used to determine if the software has been copied to another system, thereby triggering script requesting a valid serial number.
