In MetaCard every window, including the ask and answer dialog, are stacks.
The ask and answer 'stacks' are in the metacard development stacks. So if
you use your stack in metacard (as a stack) ask and answer are executed by
the metacard home, no problem. If you build a stack, the ask and answer
stacks aren't copied. If you want to use the ask and answer dialogs, you can
copy them to your stack (before building a standalone) with the resource
mover (Menu: Tools>Resource Mover...). Check the 'Ask Dialog' and 'Answer
Dialog' checkboxes, and click "Start Move". Now you can build a standalone.
