Have you looked at OSF/Motif Style Guide? I noticed they're listed in
IBM's collection of resources:

IBM also offers a style guide for Common Desktop Environment:
http://www.ibm.com/ibm/hci/designer/docs/cde.html
Seems to me I had the OSF guides in pdf format a few years ago, but
maybe not. Anyway, you can find them in html format at:
http://autarch.loni.ucla.edu/ebt-bin/nph-dweb/dynaweb/SGI_Developer/
(They're there along with other goodies like the Fortran 77 Programmer's
Guide; you never know when you'll need one of those!)
