Yes.  After moving them over with the resource mover, you can edit
them to make them look any way you want.  Be sure you're editing your
stacks and not the ones in the tools stack: To open them,
specify a full path, as in:
go to stack "Answer Dialog" of stack "your main stack"

The font is being inherited from your main stack.  You should usually
set the font of the main stack to the font you want all the buttons
and other UI elements to use, otherwise you have to set them for each
object (including substacks) to some other font.

As for the icon being missing, the problem was that the required icons
were not moved over with the resource mover in B5.  Try the resource
mover in the gamma-test release, in which this problem was fixed.
