Here's something I thought was worth sharing, because it brings up a
question we are sometimes forced to deal with in offering MC as the best
solution. "IPN" is Internet Professionals Northwest, a local (to me)
organization.

Any sole proprietor on this list who hasn't heard that question has
either
provided for it already or doesn't have enough customers.

Perhaps here is a role for IPN:

        Source Code Escrow.

Shall we have a lively debate on: 
  *     IF our little club should consider this role
  *     HOW it should be implemented   
  *     FAIR CHARGES for the service
  *     WHAT RULES it should follow?
