Sounds to me like you've got the wrong externals distribution. As we
specify in the email we send out when you registered, there is a seperate
distribution that contains individual externals that you may use to save
space only if you are using a single one of the functions that the externals
collection makes available. Sounds to me like you've downloaded this set of
individual components but haven't downloaded the normal distribution, which
consists of a single DLL and complete reference information to go with it.
