One way:
This example assumes:
1) "sequence" appears in the text only as a chunk delimiter,
   and never within the body of a chunk.
2) "sequence" always appears as a word
   (with a space on each side of it)

If the reality is different, make adjustments accordingly.

        put fld "text" into tText
        replace cr with space in tText
        replace " sequence " with cr in tText

        repeat for each line tChunk in tText
          -- parse the text chunk however you wish
        end repeat
