I assume it is desktop.

It is only two reports like this where the problem has been severe. We figured it 
could be the
drivers. But it has been very difficult to make our users understand how to fix this 
all though we
have given step-by-step instructions. It is all so new to them. Well, they'll learn.

Thanks also for the suggestion about the Hardware Acceleration. Maby that'll be easier 
for them to
follow.
