Scott,

The change you made to stackFiles (so you can define them using a relative 
path from the stack directory) is good. However, if you have set the 
stackFiles to a fully-qualified path, using the filename of the stack to know 
where it is, then it doesn't find them. This is a standard workaround for the 
earlier problem, and I know several people who are doing this. I hope that you 
can change this so that it is backward compatible in cases where a fully-
qualified path is specified.
