If it can't find a stack already loaded, the engine will look for a
file with the same name as the stack, and if that's not found it will
then tack on a ".mc" extension and look for a file of that name.  The
advice to use a different name for the file from the stack is still
good, but not as important as it used to be: if you go to stack
"HACourses.mc", it will look for a stack in memory loaded from that
file and reopen that.  It used to just reload that file, which could
cause problems.
