Unfortunately, this is something you get used to when delivering on some
platforms, notably Win32.  This is common to all software development -
there is a tangle of video card drivers, printer drivers, and various other
pieces of not fully interoperable software out there, and glitches like this
do occur.  You only tested this on a single NT machine - most of them are
probably free of it.  Or you could find one that has a problem displaying
something else.  You just have to include a Read Me file telling them to
update drivers, turn off acceleration if there are any problems.
