MetaCard call AppleScript

In those days I used to write something like:
tell application "finder"
  restart
end tell

in the HyperCard script editor and execute as AppleScript.
I've been looking for the hook on MetaCard just to do that, without going
thru an external AppleScript applet.
How is this possible?
