If you check the reference entry for "ink" you'll find that not all inks are
supported cross-platform. And those that are only work in 16 bit (thousands
of colors) or above modes on the other platforms. Its unfortunate: it stems
from limitations of the OSes, only the MacOS having support for inks
properly built in.
