Group the fields, make the group smaller than the total area of all the
fields, set the lock location of the group to true and turn on the
scrollbars in the group properties. Don't forget that you can use
selectGroupedControls to assist in editing, and now you can even scroll the
group scroll bars using the pointer tool...
