Hi,

You will probably get best results (faster in searching and displaying the
results) in using :

1.- only one displayer front card ;
2.- store the 130.000 records in a items/lines delimited text file, where each
line is a record ;
3.- load the text file datas as a global var in the preopenstack script ;
4.- do your mono/multi records searches in using the filter command ;
5.- script how to display the search results lines of datas in the front card ;

The first key feature of this way is to do most of the job in using vars,
filter(), offset(), items, lines, arrays and ram accesses instead of spending
too much calculation time with cards and hard-drive accesses.

The second key feature is to cut the main var in different pieces where each is
as small as possible and to manage them with indexes or arrays, while Metacard
is many more suitable in managing lots of small vars than just one too big.

In using MC in this way, you will get a very good speed in searching among
hundred of Megs of datas. No sure you can in using the card metaphore.

Hope this can help, Pierre Sahores
