Even worse, if I accidentally do this to a stack before I've added any
menus, there is no way to quit. After having to force-quit MetaCard
many, many times because I've made the same unintentional mistake, I
finally figured out that you can double-click the Tools stack in the
Finder and use that to quit (but this technique still doesn't allow
proper editing, you have to quit and restart MC first.) On a Mac,
force-quitting an application often means you have to reboot the Mac
besides, so it is a major irritation.

I'd like to see Command-Q (Control-Q, etc.) built into the engine as a
permanant fixture. You should always be able to quit, no matter what.
