Although I don't disagree with anything said bellow I think the more critical problem
is
having a repository for both libraries and sample stacks.
Traditionally there has been the metacard ftp site for such things but relying on
Scott to
deal with updating and maintaining the site beyond the regular MC updates is unreal: he
has better things to do. Same with Rev at least for now.
I'd suggest if someone on the list is in the position to, to volunteer a ftp server
for this
purpose and the same person or someone else to administer it = give temporary upload
access upon request to whomever has something to share.
