Well it beats me.  Are you are sure that the gRootDir variable contains the
correct value - and that the closeStack handler is getting run?  You can
check this by putting something in the closeStack handler that answers or
puts the value of the variable.  And the value is a valid path?  I'll bet
its one of these: the variable is getting altered or is not valid or the
handler is never run for some reason.

If you're certain its none of these, then please send me a CD (off list ;-)
together with *step by step* reliable instructions for me to see the
problem.
