Slight amendment to me earlier post. The following seems to cure the QT/MC/OS indigestion / congestion when playing movies in succession... Use 'stop player' instead of 'set pause to true' Refer to player including the cd name set fileName of player to empty wait 30 (at least!) The computer that froze EVERY time, now seems quite happy to play movies without complaining at all. At least so far.
