Unfortunately, my client still reports freezing movies on his Dell test
machines. We are at a loss. None of the workarounds posted here have
worked for him. We had to abandon the Windows port, at great expense to
him after weeks of trying multiple builds of the application with
various "fixes" in it. The fact that I cannot reproduce the problem on
my own PC doesn't help much either. He is not a happy camper and I feel helpless.
