Is there any reason why the shrink and stretch visual effects should
only work up, down, and to the center (from/to the top and bottom)?
Very useful to me would be:
visual effect shrink to right/left
visual effect stretch from right/left
Also nice would be something like:
visual effect shrink to center horizontally
visual effect stretch from center horizontally
You could leave the default to vertically, so as not to break
existing code, but it would be nice to have the option.
