Hi Everyone, Thank you all for the suggestions and tips on creating a PC ready standalone from my G3/233 Mac. I've managed to download the "Win32.zip" file from MetaCard. It unziped with Stuffit Expander 6.0. I'm compiling all of your suggestions into a single text file for reference and recording of difficulties and results. In the meantime I submitted a raw Mac mc stack via internet to a PC correspondent for review. He was able to open it with MC running on his PC but the imported .gif images were not showing up and he said something about text in an unidentified field was barely readable. Maybe its the Mac standard Times and Geneva fonts. I'll try another attempt with Helvetica and Times Roman. Early this morning I created a PC standalone stack for testing on a neighbor's PC. A tiny 99k stack goes to 1.4mb just 100k too big for a floppy. I've noticed the Resource Mover DOES NOT move icons into these stacks. Must be some unintuitive thingie I'm not doing. HyperCard's Resource Mover smokes mc's wimpy implementation. I hope mc is listening. I reckon I'll have to learn more about ResEdit.
