After 18 months of using Metacard on the Mac I'm just getting round to this
myself.
Kevin (runrev) has kindly produced 'MetaClass' at
http://www.xworlds.com/metacard/metaclass.htm
'Lesson 8' on this list is "Doing Menus in Metacard", which also includes
instructions on Mac usage etc.
The rest of the MetaClass lessons are also excellent !!!
