To get back to the point, perhaps we need to find out which Country is
really big on cheese? It is just possible that this entire topic has nothing
to do with the US. I know from personal experience that Turkey majors on
cheese in a big way. On the other hand there are other countries which may
possibly not have any cheese at all? China? Never heard of Chinese cheese,
nor Thai for that matter.
