Whether MC/Rev can replicate this depends on what exactly Acrobat does: Does it do an "Optical Line Recognition" (as opposed to optical character recognition), replacing a scanned image of a line on the form with an actual line? This would be hard to replicate in MC/Rev. Or does it simply place a high-resolution image of the form onto a PDF, allowing you to place entry boxes over it?
