I'm afraid you can't ask the system, so you have to ask the user. Ask
him(/her) to move the mouse 10 centimetres. Measure the moved pixels and
divide it by ten. Then you have the pixelsPerCentimetre constant/ global.
Later if the moves x pixels, divide it by pixelsPerCentimetre and you have
the number of centimetres.
