You need convert the file into a binary or a binhexed file.  Stuffit 
Deluxe can do this for you.  Then ftp it up to the site using a program 
like fetch or the MC stack Andu created.  His stack is avail on the MC 
site:  ftp://ftp.metacard.com/MetaCard/

His file is called:  ftp-q_b12.mc

If you use fetch, there is a setting that makes sure the file goes up in 
either bin or binhex format.  This setting is selectable when you press 
the put button.
