Yep.  Already working on it.  We did tests like this back in 
October of last year, it ran well enough until we got side 
tracked.  Our current focus is mctools.org which is nearing 
completion and will be going into beta testing with the 
assistance of those on this list.  -- Look for a call for 
suggestions next week.

You may have missed the post about http://www.mctools.org/ , if 
you go now and sign up you will have access to our server 
running mchttpd 24/7.  You will be given 2mb of disk space (more 
if required) to do all your testing for free.  Commercial use of 
our service is coming shortly after the launch of mctools, 
including the availability of exactly such a service as you 
described.

(Now I truly do believe that the phone was developed in two 
parts of the world at the exact same time by two independent 
persons.)
