Not a good idea. It increases the file size when you include the unstuffing
code, and there's really no need - UnstuffIt is free and universally
available on pretty much any Mac that has a net connection.

Binhexing is necessary only for 7-bit connections. HTTP is 8-bit, so you
shouldn't need binhex if you're making the file available on your web site.
(Also, Mac FTP programs will generally give you an option to binhex the
file during upload, should you want for some reason to have a binhex file
available.)

You should not remove the extension from the filename, either.
