The reason for the windowBoundingRect is to allow window maximization
without extending beyond a tool or menu bar. Remember that since we don't
have MDI yet, most of us take liberties with the Win HIG and detach our
menus as part of a global tool palette placed above our document windows.
Without the windowBoundingRect, maximizing a window will cause it to extend
beneath the menu bar window.
