Probably not. We would like to get it working for graphic objects at
some point, but this isn't in 2.4 (and won't be). Also note that
you're going to lose the ability to do this with buttons on MacOS in
2.4 under the Appearance Manager look and feel, because the OS doesn't
support inks for these standard controls (which is the same reason we
don't support it for other objects on Windows or UNIX either).
