Sorry, this doesn't relate to MetaCard directly, but plenty of people here have been involved with this, so I'm sure someone has recommendations: What is a good company to go with for CD duplication, labeling, and packaging, the whole shebang to deliver boxed copies of software? I've never dealt with actual packaging of software before, and would be interested in any companies anyone has had either good or bad luck with (which to go with and/or which to stay away from) .
