No, it seems we're on the same page (or card, if you will <g>), and we're
getting pretty much the same results.
I guess the simplest solution would be for MetaCard to continue the
evolutionary step its been doing by having return value from object
identifies always be long IDs except where another form is specified.
Offhand, it seems the owner is the last one left which does things any other
way (did I miss others?).
