The menu group should appear in the menubar rather than at the top of the
window as on other OSes.  Accordingly, MetaCard shortens a stack window and
scrolls it up by the height of the assigned menubar group.

To calculate object positions on both platforms, use the card height rather
than the stack height and you should be fine.
