Hi folks, I'm presently working on a project for which I'd like to get some suggestions (at least for 1 part of it)...
Emails will be received several times a day at a specific address. Each email will feature an attached file (actually a tab-return set of data). What I need to do is : every time a new email arrives, AUTOMATICALLY save the attached file in a specific directory (always the same) as a binary file, and then trigger a MChttpd CGI script that will process that file and update several HTML files according to the data received by email. The whole thing will be installed on a server running Apache. I have already investigated the problem and have found a couple of solutions, although I'm open to your best suggestions...
