This probably isn't related to your problem but, there was an undocumented change to the filename property in the windows version of 2.4.2. Before that version, if you saved a stack over a network path, MetaCard only put one "/" in front of the filename i.e. "/PC2/C/windows/desktop/file.txt". Windows needs a "//" to recognize it as a network path i.e. "//PC2/C/windows/desktop/file.txt". Rich Mooney Payne Sparkman Mfg.
