I just upgraded to newly released Netscape 4.8. I also have 7 but it is not a happy camper on my computer (locks up often), so I use it as little as possible.Apparently there are problems with older Netscape engines... Netscape 7 works just fine according to a friend who just tried.Explorer will do just fine (for no apparent reason!) If you really can't upgrade let me know and I'll send you the file...
