Looks like you have already reported, Robert. Thank you. Meanwhile,
importing a 'hand' image and hard-coding the stack internally is a work-around.
or simply use "set cursor to 8", which might be the quickest workaround :-)
The cursors are present of course, looks like just some mapping: name -> cursor/id
is broken in the engine... (?)
