libURL

        I'm using MC 2.4.3 and Mac OSX
        The following doesn't work:
on mouseUp
  start using "libURL"
  put url "http://www.cariboo.bc.ca"; into temp
  go temp
end mouseUp

        How do I know if the libURL is present?
        If it's not present how do I load it?
        How do I make this work?
