Of course you can't reproduce it, because it is fixed in rc-1

To be honest, these handlers "un/iconify..." are NOT in the
stack "Metacard Menu Bar" of stack ”mctools" AT ALL, they
somehow escaped from the RC1 of Richard :-D
Still there, just moved from the stack to the card to prevent them from
affecting substacks like the Message Box.
