But it's all in a day's work for "Winnie the Poobah" :-)
I got no answer to whether it is necessary (or have advantages)to
place all the MetaCard files in C:/Program files/.
Oh, sorry, looks like i missed this one.
It is NOT necessary to have all your MC files in this location.
But since the MC installation (about 50 years ago ;-) wrote the files
to that folder
and the registry entries will surely point to this installation
folder, I personally did not
move these files.
But there will be no problems, if you keep your MC files anywhere
else on your HD.
