here are the elements that are not in the ID. I've seen <mimetype> in
use, that may be worth adding to the ID?

<changelog>, <tags>, <mimetype>, <relations>, <releasedate>,
<mulitmedia>, <screenshot>, <upgrade>, <bittorrent>
