Tested small file with aria2 1.9.0.

file. XML may be malformed.

I think that is because ooobasis3.2-sw-TZ-calc-3.2.0-9483.i586.rpm.meta4
contains unescaped '&'. And I noticed 'urn:bith' should be 'urn:btih'
(BitTorrent InfoHash).
