Well, I finally received my keyfile after about a month or more. The U.S.
registration site for Vapor is absurd. After receiving my funds, it still took
weeks before they could send the keyfile. I would not recommend sending money
to this site at all. I have emailed Vapor and the MetalWeb people a couple of
times regarding these problems. Evidently the U.S. registration site for Vapor
products has changed a couple of time and still sucks! Surely there can't be
that much involved in receiving funds (cash or money order has been my
method), forwarding the info to Vapor and having them send a keyfile to the
user. Evidently not the way it happens. I dunno.... I have usually had to
email the Vapor people informing them that I sent the money and have been
waiting for my keyfile. They usually then simply email the keyfile to me. Not
the kind of support they should be providing to users that care enough to
register, but.... I have no problems using the CC over the net. As for
ordering by phone...??? If you can stand the wait, simply send the money order
to Vapor - or to the MetalWeb guys and then email them everyother day or so
after about a week to insure they are processing it. Avoid the U.S. site!
