I'd be reluctant to include this in a video because (a) video isn't a great 
medium, you'd be pausing it while you follow them, as opposed to text where you 
just open instructions in another window, and (b) this sort of thing tends to 
change a lot (either mmj2 changes, or operating systems and Java change), and 
videos are hard to update.
